INGREDIENTS: Tamarind paste (tamarind, water), liquid aminos (vegetable protein from non-GMO soybeans, water), water, organic coconut sugar, chillis, shiitake mushrooms, garlic,
onion, organic ginger, lemongrass, lime leaves
SUGGESTED USE:
Thai beef/chicken/tofu salad, dipping sauce for grilled pork/seafood, fried rice/noodles
Before opening:
You can leave the jar at room temperature away from light and in cool dark place for up to 6 months
After opening:
Place the sauce in the refrigerator and it can last up to 1 month
